The Art of Assisting....A Hands-On Intensive

The Art of Assisting is an immersive, hands-on training designed to deepen your confidence, clarity, and skill as a yoga teacher. This experience moves beyond verbal cueing and into the language of intentional, anatomy-led touch. Through guided practice, partner work, and real-time feedback, you’ll learn how to offer safe, empowering assists that help students access more space, stability, and trust in their bodies.

The training is anchored by a 75-minute yoga master class led by Deanna and Maria, where hands-on adjustments are thoughtfully woven throughout the entire practice. This master class allows you to experience assisting from both the teacher and student perspective—bringing the education to life in a fully embodied way.
